AC - My Ginetta G55 Supercup - Donny/Brands Hatch.

I cannot decide which one as I have spend the same amount of laps on both, but just the flow, the sound makes me smile every time.

According to CM stats, 911 RSR on Pinewood, but probably because that stat feature is recent and that's the last mod I worked on.

But overall, in AC, rF2 and AMS, narrowing down tracks and car classes, most used combo is 911 RSR on Imola:

Track: Bridgehampton. Racing the DRM cars on that track is pure magic.

Racing almost anything on that track is pure magic. Damn good track.

I have it on good authority from someone who raced there back in the day that it's spot on, Lilski did a banger on that one.

Race07 Porsche RSR at Targa Florio is a top choice for me.
rF1 RallyWorld mod on Transfagarasan Gravel Hill Climb is also a damn good time

For modern games, I've really been enjoying the Reiza Pack vehicles at the S397 Nords in rF2. Especially the modern Puma

Mind me asking where you got both of those cars from because for the love of god I can't seem to find any good 037 mod
