Kunos Simulazioni have confirmed the much anticipated Ferrari 70th Anniversary DLC for Assetto Corsa, plus opened up voting to choose the seventh model to be included in game.

Already revealed as part of the end of year community post from the developers of Assetto Corsa, Kunos have now revealed the first six models due to form the base of the eagerly anticipated Ferrari 70th Anniversary DLC pack coming to the game this year.

Confirmed as in development and due for a release "fall 2017", the premium Ferrari celebration DLC will add to the game seven brand new models from the Prancing Horse, with cars representing a range of historic and iconic machinery from the great Italian manufacturers.

EDIT 21.6.17: It appears that Kunos have made a mistake launching the poll this early and have since closed the option of voting, prior to an official announcement and some further teaks to the vote mechanism. Hold tight for more info as and when available...

The full car list revealed as forming the upcoming DLC are:

Wasn't that the 512S?
Yes, but the 512M was a lot more competitive vs the 917K, which makes it an even better choice.

But yeah, the 512S is the car in the movie.

Point still stands. I'm tired of racing the 917K vs itself. There's not a single other early prototype to run it against. 917 vs 512, regardless of model subtype, would be epic.

ASR have been working on a far superior version of the F2004 in beta for a while now. It should be released only in a few months. I can't deny Kunos's quality when it comes to cars, but they can't really nail F1 cars that well as seen by the ones included in the Red Pack.

Agree, Kuno's open wheelers do feel bad. RSS F1 2017 feels so damn good. Going back to Kuno's F1 models is nearly impossible, even their FBB feels bad.

For the good of the Sims historic content, A 512m Would be the wise decision. It would give the 917 something to race against... Its important to have diversity in grids and not just the same car...
I specifically came here after I deliberated for about a half hour and guess which car got my vote? For these very reasons? For me there is no other real choice.

some thoughts without thinking, feel free to critique/correct/whatever --

redundant options:

F2000 -- weaksauce F2004
430 -- we have the 458

sorta-redundant:
458 challenge -- isn't the S1 458 essentially this car?

not sure what to think: 250 TR; would this be competitive w/ the 718? it looks awesome & if it's substantially different from the 250 GTO, i don't get why this isn't gettting more attn here.

i didnt even take notice of the 575 GTC; that may be top of my list right now.
