2013 Driver Changes - Early Predictions?

OK so we're at the half-way stage of the 2012 season and speculation is flying around everyone as to who will be going where.

So now's your chance to make your early predictions.

Here's the line-up so far.
Drivers in Red are already contracted for the 2013 season. (there may be 1 or 2 that I've missed)

Red Bull Racing:

2. Mark Webber

Vodafone McLaren Mercedes:
3. Jenson Button
4. Sergio Perez

Scuderia Ferrari:
5. Fernando Alonso
6. Felipe Massa

AMG Mercedes Petronas:
7. Lewis Hamilton
8. Nico Rosberg

Lotus F1 Team:
9. Kimi Raikkonen
10.Romain Grosjean

Sahara Force India:
11. Paul Di Resta

My predictions:

Kovalainen replaces Kobayashi at Sauber
Di Resta replaces Massa at Ferrari (as I don't think Schumacher will retire yet)
Buemi to Force India
Kobayashi to Caterham
Ma Qing Hua replaces Karthikeyan at HRT

Perez to Force India

But these are all in my world.

Dear to say that I see Hamilton changing team for 2013 , if the team keeps does the same small mistakes like pit stops or giving him wrong info about the clutch.

McLaren had improved that in the past couple races, I think they're over that now.

Timo Glock has a contract until 2014

My predictions:
Kubica replaces Massa (hope dies last)
Kovalainen swaps with Kobayashi
Bottas replaces Senna
Senna replaces Petrov
Petrov replaces Karthikeyan

Edit: Oh, and there will be some random new Marussia driver of course.
Edit 2: Come to think of it, Petrov will be the random new Marussia driver and, as Chris said, Karthikeyan will be replaced by Ma Quing Hua instead.

I've read 2 or 3 months ago some where about Kubica's condition he Needs at least another 10 Months to Drive perfectly as his hand still had some problems

Do you have a link? I know he was going to do one last operation but that was before the summer i believe.

No i checked in my History I remember He will be able to race after April 2013
as he Undergo for Surgery in end of August Month

Eric already told that he don't want to change the Driver line up

The Grosjean/Bouillier/Renault/French link is too strong for that to happen.
