-added tyre selector in info window, will switch back to current after some seconds

-pressure color earlier 'low'/'high'
-fixed issue after tyre change not correctly loading new values
-click on pressure display opens tyre info window

-added grip bars, upside down (!), bar scale is 5% too, calculated from tyres Virtual km and wear curve, off by default, Option in CM too, also shown as numbers in tyre info window (note: not available for IER P13,)

Note: Manual instal recommended ; after install restart CM to see the new option in CM->settings->apps->tyres_app_ext
