Simhub dashboard for time attach 1.0

Hi,

I've created a dashboard for time attack races, when you just want to know how you are performing with your current best time.

Currently it shows the current lap and delta, and the current sectors, and also your last lap time and sectors.



Any improvement to it will be welcome.

Things I still don't know hot to do:
- Get the current sector delta (not the lap time delta).
- When your best lap is your last lap, i don't know how to show the improvements correctly in "Last lap sectors".
