Great car. Loads of fun chirping the tyres and scrambling for grip.
Brilliant !! THX
Five stars not only for the amazing mod, but also for Shaun's response to small technical issue that occured with v1.6.
Bravo!
In the v1.8 the gear in the LCD doesn´t show. Is this a bug?
The mod is nice and polished, but I feel there's some room for improvement still.
- Sounds: there's some layer in the engine sound, that at certain frequencies makes it sound like the car's about to break down. Like a metallic rattle/screech, but of the worrying kind.
- Physics: tyre grip levels are overdone in my opinion. There's no throttle understeer. No brake instability. No lift-off oversteer. It grips and turns with 180° steering input, and stops within ridiculous distances. As the car otherwise seems to behave well, I have a suspicion on the tyres. The Leon Eurocup car was much closer to what seems to be right, and matches better with the RaceRoom version of the WTCR Audi. The comparison video also shows how much more work has to be done on the throttle/steering IRL.
Would appreciate some attention to these, as it's otherwise another stunning mod from you guys, and an awesome one to battle with on track! ;)

Hi there, thank you for your detailed review, much appreciated. The Sound, we seriously appreciated Fonsecker releasing this to us only, and he doesn't work on AC anymore, so it is as it is.

These cars do stop on a 6pence(as they say), lots of brake torque for such a small car.

I have the over and understeer as you mentioned as well as so many others, so not sure what to say about this.

The Eurocup cannot be compared as this was on Hard Tyres, TCR only has Medium tyres, so this is why there is way more grip.

The video you mentioned, this is my setup, and like @Jebus mentioned, it was down to my settings making it "look easier" than IRL and not fighting as much, but trust me, I got a sweat on when I was trying to match that video.

Again, thank you for your review, really appreciate people taking the time to write their comments.

excellent!
There are few things more enjoyable than a properly set-up FWD car, and this mod proves it.
Totally brilliant. Thank you (and those who have helped you) so much, I have been enjoying the Eurocup version which for me was one of the best pieces of content (“official” or otherwise) I had ever seen, along with you equally magnificent Ginetta mod. This has surpassed it already. Your hard work is greatly appreciated, not sure how you can improve it, but will leave that to you, your team and others more expert than me. Until then (and after) I will continue to enjoy it and try and perfect my driving skill to match your modding skill!

Also, thanks for the updated skin templates – this question is probably answered elsewhere, but can’t find it so will ask here in the hope that you / someone else can assist – what DDS format & mipmap number do you need to use for the rim blur & rim alpha files?

Thanks again for your hard work on this and your other mods.
Fantastic work. Keep improving.
Nothing to say that hasn't already been said...
Shaun, I dont like this new car - I LOVE IT - especially car number 404.

Lost hours tonight racing this tin top beauty every where and anywhere mate, thanks.
i have ac 1.5.2 , why the sound dont work ?
that dsg sound pfffffffffffff <3
Truelly excellent.. SIX stars!
Yes, regretfully, I am late to the Assetto Corsa party but this mod is a have! Content Mgr. + shader patch + Sol + this mod at Brands Hatch during evening transitioning to dark is phenomenal.
Great update. Nice to see there is life left in Assetto Corsa. Keep up the good work. Thank you for sharing.
It would've been better to create a new mod for this car, instead of replacing it. Yes, there's now a "new" (old!) car, but all the setups and lap records are on the "current/new" car while it's literally impossible to compare the two.

I was a big fan of the 2017 version, didn't expect to completely relearn the car after a update so can't give 5 stars. The time and effort you put in to make this amazing mod is the reason I'm still giving 4 stars.

Thank for you reply, but I didn't make a 2017 version. The previous version was the "old" Eurocup, totally different, that is why you would have to learn the car all over again.

Sorry about that, but you cannot compare the two.

Hope that clears things up
I thought this wasn't the kind of car I would like but then seen lots on youtube using it.. Man was I wrong..This is my favorite car by miles and I love it..Whenever I try a new or updated track and want to find out how I like it then this is my go to car.
Thx for job
Thanks Mr. Clark, the usual excellent behavior of your Seat cars, (all your cars ftm), in stock and modded tracks behaves great; we just need someone to fire up a server and/or run a spring league for us fans...
