Not sure why I'm just generating black previews. In the Custom Showroom the image looks good but once I update the previews it turns black or have really low light (almost invisible). Any ideas on why this is happening? Other than that the showroom is perfect! Keep up the amazing work!

Its because the light setup is not part of the showroom scene itself and instead defined in the showroom config file. What you can do is to copy the showroom config file into the preview folder to make it work with the lights.

But I recommend to use my car preview preset instead: https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/retrolux-previews.19329/

Really nice and full of options. A good companion to "Elegant Previews" which I prefer for faster stuff, but this one is great when you have the time.

You can also use the "retrolux previews" that are optimized for speed which have a similar and minimal look. https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/retrolux-previews.19329/

Just load the preview preset as a showroom preset.

This works absolutely 10/10, BUT to install it, the instructions need to be changed slightly.

Put the CMPRESET file in both Custom Previews and Custom Showroom for it to work, not just Custom Preview like the instructions say. That is why I didn't give it 5 stars, when you do that though it works flawlessly.
