If you use skins or performance mod go to your F1 2019 game file (steamapps\common\F1 2019)
asset_groups\f1_2019_vehicle_package\teams\*choose a team*\wep\open *team*.erp
Go to "xml Files" and to open *team* vtf.xml by the file look for the line <F1Plank> and change it to <OffsetY value = "- 0.254" />
Do that for all teams.
