It's what driving fast slowly is all about.
Very nice good work.

Excellent! Excellent! Beautifully done. I have been waiting since NFS:Porsche to be able to drive this car! (One of the most underrated NFS games of all time, IMHO. We need somebody to recreate some of those fantastic point to point tracks from that game for AC). Thank you so much for this wonderful car. It drives great (the tuned version is particularly fun), looks great as well. Top shelf!
Fantastic! beautiful model and very drivable. thank you!
Fantastic car. Pure Porsche. We love it, and we love your work
The physics of this mod are spot on. You really feel like you're driving a rear mounted Porsche-tuned VW flat-four. The car slides around corners, has minimal wheel lock up during heavy braking, and has a great feel of weight load, especially toward the rear. It genuinely feels like a 356.

Take this thing around one of the AC Track Reboot's Monaco tracks and blast the NFS Porsche soundtrack for good vibes and memories.
This car is an absolute dream to drive. It is tail-happy in the best way, absolutely gliding through corners with its rear end out yet still in control. And that roaring engine is something else. You might think that because of its age it would be hard to drive and handle, but it's quite the opposite. This car truly embodies the title of a "sports car"

This is a beautiful mod that came as a total surprise ;-)
I always wanted a well done Porsche 356 mod in Assetto Corsa - this is it!
The effort to make this mod clearly shows - everything is completely scratch were others make shortcuts as in animations, showroom features or even sounds - here it is all crafted my the makers themselves. Thank you very much for sharing and I hope this car can make it’s way to RD club racing events.

The car behaves beautifully and is a joy to drive.

As a sidenote: I was positively surpised by the love and care given even down to PERFECT replay cameras that work perfectly on triple screens without any model clipping and with a few new and fresh dramatic camera angles.

This mod came as a complete suprise and it turned out to be truly beautiful.

In v0.9 there Re a few small things one can find to further perfect - LODs, the slightly wrong aspect ratio of the door mirror, the older version of the backfire textures come to mind if one is really looking for imperfections - all of these though do not detract from the enjoyable driving performance.

Because of these imperfections I would give v0.9 a 4.5 stars. The details and love of this mod though make it clearly better than a 4 star rating and with small issues taken care of in the future it is without a doubt a 5 star mod - beautifully done.

I do not have a triple screen environment. I am very grateful for the report that there is no problem in that environment. And I am glad to know that there are lots of people who like 356 as much as I do.
This car deserves more recognition. I love slightly and slowly countersteering in this.
Exelent!

Great , top work , thanks
Super realism. Thank you
great work thank you very much......180,000 polygons is a lot of work from scratch..
"everything that is put on it it becomes of public dominiostrizioni of sorts if not to make use of the copyrights author".....Bello Francesco, have you every heard the term 'Intellectual Property'....Intellectual property (IP) is the property of your mind or proprietary knowledge. It is a productive new idea you create. This can be an invention, trade mark, design, brand or even the application of your idea.
Oh WOW!! Never thought I’d see a scratch made one in assetto.IMO one of the most beautiful little cars ever made. Thank you.
Thanks
thank you
My reasoning for giving it 4 stars:

(I know this is a WIP, so most of these issues will probably be resolved in the future, which will make this rating go up  )

Outside Model has issues (mainly at the back) where it looks very bulky and the roof lining isn't smooth as it is irl (a bult sticks out about halfway through)
The mesh doesn't flow from panel to panel cleanly - this will be resolved as the model goes on, most likely
Model actually has 305k tris instead of 180k, and a lot of the tris aren't visible - again, this will probably be lowered as the model goes on
The engine sound is indeed a bit odd between low/high revs, but nothing that is annoying to be honest
Gearing feels odd, certainly with second being at the top of the gear range, making it bog down.
AO could be more prominent - making it almost completely white feels like a bit of a waste
Some noticeable difference in some of the textures (ie the logo on the steering wheel feeling rather pixelated, and the logos on the seatbelts being very high quality)

Of course I'm not gonna be all negative here, the car feels amazing to drive and is a joy to throw into the corners and even kick the tail out a bit!
Looking forward to seeing this develop

Thank you for your comment.
"Model actually has 305k tris instead of 180k, and a lot of the tris aren't visible - again, this will probably be lowered as the model goes on"

I checked the number of polygons. That was what you pointed out. I was erroneously operating on 3dsmax. Incorrect result, 180k model was output at 305k. I will fix it in the next version.
agréable
I've tweaked the wheels and rims radiuses so that the car doesn't float above the tarmac.
Just open the tyres.ini and set both wheels radiuses to 0.2965
and both rims radiuses to 0.178. This works for the Track Day version, haven't tried the other.
Thanks man :)
