Based on the description from the modder/creator of this track, I'm assuming that "Maximo Paz" is a real life (not fantasy) Argentinian track.

The track setting itself reminisces of somewhere in the United States mid west: Los and lots of open grass country, very few trees or other features. My primary reason for only rating this track 3 stars is the design of the circuit: For the better or worse, the track is pretty much all dirt -- and it is comprised of pretty much nothing but a series of VERY LONG straight flat stretches of dirt highway...followed by a sharp 45 degree turn, followed again by another very long straight flat stretch...(repeat process)...

Very very blaise and unimaginative track design.
