v1.1 update

v1.1 changelog;
-Added 1995 BPR layout.
-Added 3D terrain.
-Updated ext_config.ini and groove.ini.
-Fixed minor changes to the 2009 layout.
-Smoothed out physics road. (Thanks Daniel Graf for the suggestion.)
-Changed the tire wall to a 3D one.
-Changed tree model.
-Changed map.png to the one created by Jonah Hax. (Thanks)
