Helsinki International Circuit 2023 2.1

Helsinki International Circuit is a fictional circuit in Finland and designed by myself. The previous version was converted by @rmi_wood a couple of years ago. This is the updated and improved version.
Features:

• The main circuit is widened by almost 2-5 m.
• 6 different layouts (F1 and GP, National, Karting A-B-C, Rallycross)
• 49 grid/pitspots for F1, GP and National Layouts
• 20 grid/pitstops for Karting layouts
• 8 grid/pitstops for Rallycross layouts
• Working start and pit lights
• Working marshall lights
• New AI and hints
• New grandstands
• New trees
• New TV cameras
• Camera facing crowds
• 3 DRS zones for F1 and GP
• 1 DRS zone for National Layout
• DTM, Fanatec GT World Challenge Powered by AWS and GP more Finnish skins are to be used for GP and National layouts.
• WEC skin is for F1 version.
• RX skin should be used on RX Layout.
• Grass FX
• Rain FX
• Lighting FX - Pit exit lights and Night lighting (Not fully lit but enough for Endurance Racing)
• Scoreboard, lap and time counter
