Almost perfect but the external off sound pitch needs to be higher to match the on throttle sound.

First, thank you for creating a cool sound mod for a car that definitely desrves it. I do agree with some others however, that though your mod is faithful to the internal sample you used, that particular recording was rather low quality. If you search for "Ferrari F40 LM at Lime Rock" on YouTube I think that sample is a more accurate, faithful recording of this cars internal sounds. Hope to see more mods from you in the future.

Just tried this out, and HOLY JESUS it's loud! Amazing, brutal sound from the interior, I'm already addicted. You can tell it's recorded since it's a bit "dirty" but it's probably the best we're gonna get from an authentic F40 LM (is it possible to "clean" any further? :D). I'm a bit sad for giving only 4-stars, but it really bummed me to see high rev-range sound is muted. It kinda kills all the effort of heel'n'toe'ing this beast. I never messed with FMOD so I can't say it's easy or not, but that is keeping you from perfection ;)

Awesome sound...but if you have a F40 modded with more rev rpm...the sound after some rpm switch off maybe for no sample :(

Interior sound is better than exterior.
Sound level should match kunos fxxk etc.
Off throttle is perfect exterior.
On throtte it sounds busy too loud and strange at higher rpms.
I understand the samples you have translates in fmod. Good work

Great sound! One of my favourite cars to drive now. One thing I noticed....the internal gear shift sound....sounds a bit strange and is quite loud. I don't hear that in the real life video.

Thanks for your feedback, this happens, because of the samples that are very high, so I had to raise, even the volume, effects, such as backfires, shifts etc.
It will be solved in the next update!

Gotta say you did a great job on the interior sound. I don't think anyone is going to make a better sound for an f40, love the vid too, lines up real nice.

I just dowloaded it. I don't know if this is for the LM MOD and not for the AC F40? But anyaway, it's one of my fav cars so always 5 stars! :) Cheers Robin

Hi, thanks for the feedback! This sound is for the mod, ferrari f40 competition. unfortunately I can not load the car, as it is not my mod. but if you search the net you will surely find it!

this video is on my favorite list for years and is the best you can find from an f40 basically there are not many you can find about this car.but its poor quality even this one and you can do much.it sounds like damage and with wind noise in the interior.you have done the best you can i think,but you need to find a way to filter the noise,to make it more clear,more crystal if you can and keep all the elements.for me right now it hurts my ears.but again its not your fault its the quality of the video.if you can filter it to more pure and manage to keep all the elements its a five star from me for sure

HOLY SHITE THIS MOD SOUNDS AMAZING!!! Reminds me a lot of the Porsche 911 RSR 2017 sound mod here on RaceDepartment, as compared to the audio source its almost exactly the same. I can report some problems. The transmission sound for example seems to be playing even when stopped, so you get a weird whining sound. Also the exterior sound seems to fade a lot when the car backfires, and occasionally the sound cuts out for a fraction of a second. I wouldn't know how to fix it, but I'm sure there's a way to make it work better. Reminds me of the kinds of issues in the early versions of the 911 RSR sound mod. Overall though, I see great potential in this, and it joins the Maserati Gran Turismo GT4, the 911 RSR sound mod, among many other cars, as part of the best car sounds in Assetto Corsa :D

Unfortunately I am aware of these problems, and I will definitely find the next update, the transmission .. as regards the outside, unfortunately, the samples are really, really poor, and I do not think I can improve the external sound a lot, but I'll try ! Thanks again! ;)

I can't believe someone made this. I must've watched this video over 20 times and getting tight trousers of the sound. This mod will give you the control over the mighty sound of the LM. Perfect mod man! I really enjoy this one! Thanks!!!
