Incredibly underwhelming, mod only works if you really hit someone unlike the mods on previous games (I'm using Extreme on Simulation and it barely does anything)

The mod is excellent mate, I just miss an opportunity to change the files back to the original. Is there a reason it's not included in the files? Because I think verifying the game files for a heavy modder is very sickening to do. Keep up the great work as usual!

Is this mod suitable for 100% race lenght ? When you say "Realistic: Realistic amount of crashes. Sometimes 2 crashes, sometimes zero." is it referred to a 100% lenght race or to a shorter one ? I would like to try it but since I am posting my career on youtube I am afraid to see maybe 8-9 retirements per race, that would be too much. And, just for curiosity, is it possible to improve rear end vulnerability by, let's say, 5x (since in the original game the rear end is almost indestructible) and the front end only by 2x ?

I think yes, for 100% there will be 8-9 retirements. Mod intended for shorter distances. I can't adapt the mod to every opinion and every distance.

Hello, I've been trying to play with this mod on several races but it looks like nothing has changed. I'm running the medium asset and I did everything that was explained to install the mod. However, after 2 or 3 races still no crashes despite the fact that i can hear the AI bumping each other they take no damage. Can you help me with this issue ?

I tried it before but when the update came and i downloaded it i am just stuck in a black screen with ''Please wait...'' And it's just that... I can't play

Some people have told me about the same problems with other my mods. Complete reinstall of the game helped them to use the same mods. I don't know what's going on.

Open xml file of needed team with text editor, find damage lines, set to this:

And import to the game using Ego ERP Archiver as described in manual installation tutorial under spoiler button in the mod description.

hello is there any way to restore original files without going through steam check local file integrity? because I would like to keep all the other mods. Could you also attach an "original game damage" folder?

Dirty air mod have option combined with realistic damage (sensitivity between medium and realistic).

Nice Mod, but why has Mercedes no XML File? So the damage Mod don't work for them?

Mercedes xml located not in Mercedes.erp, but in Common.erp. This file modded and included, so mod works for Mercedes too.

I can do only gearbox failures, for example missed gear, jammed gear. But for realism needed to accurately select the frequency of problems for each race distance, and it also affects only for player, not for AI. So too much work and questionable effect. But it's already enabled in extreme damage option as part of extremeness :) So try to play extreme and you will have techinical failures sometimes.

I love this mod. Makes strategy a real gamble with the amount of safety cars. Currently I run the realistic version, with sim damage on my game. I've been having far too many DNF's and constant crashes behind me, is there a way to reduce the amount of damage or frequency of collisions? I run 50% races and end up finishing with 10-14 runners. I understand the AI has its own issues.

Try to switch from "Simulation" to "Full" in game settings.

En realidad, me gusta mucho este mod. F1 2020 es mas mayor con lo.
Ayer, despues el nuevo patch he tenido que jugar sin su mod....
Pero hoy ya has hecho un update y al fin puedo jugarlo otra vez.

This is a great idea and an awesomely done mod, I think it might just be a little too sensitive even on realistic at the street circuits. I had to restart a Hanoi race because there were only 10 drivers left halfway through. Would you recommend turning the in game damage down to Full as opposed to Simulation?

Yes, try to enable Full, but it's mostly Hanoi problem only.

Extract downloaded archive, open folders with needed option until you'll see "2020 asset groups". Take this folder and copy into Steam/steamapps/common/F1 2020. It's simply.
