No, i think this mod can corrupt savegame if it is used in the cutscene of the winning championship title.

Open xml file of needed team with text editor, find damage lines, set to this:

<PartsDetachScale value="1000.0" />

<FullDetachScale value="1000" />
And import to the game using Ego ERP Archiver as described in manual installation tutorial under spoiler button in the mod description.

So much better, except one thing. need Mercedes to have the extreme, realistic and medium damage mods.

Mercedes.erp not contains xml subfile with car characteristics, so this file no needed to include in this mod. But Mercedes characteristics located into Common.erp, and this file modded and included.

hello is there any way to restore original files without going through steam check local file integrity? because I would like to keep all the other mods. Could you also attach an "original game damage" folder?

Is this mod suitable for 100% race lenght ? When you say "Realistic: Realistic amount of crashes. Sometimes 2 crashes, sometimes zero." is it referred to a 100% lenght race or to a shorter one ? I would like to try it but since I am posting my career on youtube I am afraid to see maybe 8-9 retirements per race, that would be too much. And, just for curiosity, is it possible to improve rear end vulnerability by, let's say, 5x (since in the original game the rear end is almost indestructible) and the front end only by 2x ?

I think yes, for 100% there will be 8-9 retirements. Mod intended for shorter distances. I can't adapt the mod to every opinion and every distance.

This is a great idea and an awesomely done mod, I think it might just be a little too sensitive even on realistic at the street circuits. I had to restart a Hanoi race because there were only 10 drivers left halfway through. Would you recommend turning the in game damage down to Full as opposed to Simulation?

Yes, try to enable Full, but it's mostly Hanoi problem only.

The mod is excellent mate, I just miss an opportunity to change the files back to the original. Is there a reason it's not included in the files? Because I think verifying the game files for a heavy modder is very sickening to do. Keep up the great work as usual!

This mod is very well done but every time i paste it into to the game it deletes other mods that i already installed in. Is there some solution for that?

If you mean skin mods, then I wrote instructions about this in the description, and the mods of car characteristics replace each other. Choose one

Its looking good, but if i want to go into my myteam career i stuck in the loading screen. (i'm using a skinmod, and installed it manuell)

Manual installation cannot corrupt game files. Looks like author of skin mod not updated him to new 3D-models in version 1.09. All stucks happens only because of skins mismatch.

Hello, I've been trying to play with this mod on several races but it looks like nothing has changed. I'm running the medium asset and I did everything that was explained to install the mod. However, after 2 or 3 races still no crashes despite the fact that i can hear the AI bumping each other they take no damage. Can you help me with this issue ?

It doesn't work for me. I get into the race and it only shows a black screen, and a "please wait" sign on the up left corner. I haven't downloaded or used any other mods and my damage setting is on simulation

Maybe it's because of you deleted the folder "2020_asset_groups" before installation of mod? Don't do that.

The mod does as it was designed to do: make the cars more fragile. However, this has serious drawbacks when playing at higher AI levels. 3 career races in a row at 100+ AI, multiple safety cars per race. The AI get more aggressive as the level goes higher, so more and more accidents happen. Last race at Silverstone had 14 DNFs, simply because the smallest bump at high speed will destroy the car.

Game crashes are a common problem for many people regardless of mods. The mod does not cause crashes, because it is a very simple thing that does not change structure of the game files.

I tried it before but when the update came and i downloaded it i am just stuck in a black screen with ''Please wait...'' And it's just that... I can't play

Some people have told me about the same problems with other my mods. Complete reinstall of the game helped them to use the same mods. I don't know what's going on.
