would really like to use these layouts but always says layout missing

Can't launch the race: "layout_sprint_etrc" for track Nurburgring is missing.

My CM tells me this and refuses to start, for both these new layouts.
It happens with race, practice and hotlap.

I have downloaded this resource again, double-checked the files and nothing seems to be missing...
The two "layout_sprint_etrc" and "layout_sprint_a_etrc" folders are in the ks_nurburgring folder and the ui stuff is in the ui folder.

I'm available for help and tests.
