Sorry about the rating but...the car sound the same as an Abarth 500...that its ok, it is a mod...but it drives the same as an Abarth 500.
That is no good. We are talking at a 500kg rear wheel drive car. with 50-50 wheigt distribution...It cannot have the same phisics as a 900kg front wheel drive. There is a lot of understeer in this car...It doesn´t look reallistic to me. Sorry but I don´t like it. Hope that it drives better at new versions.

Thank you for your feedback. As stated in the description, Sound is from the Abarth (kunos) indeed, which sounds fairly acceptable. Hard to create one from scratch anyways.
As for the physics, this surely is NOT an abarth. The physics here were made from scratch for a Caterham 1700 Super Sprint, and adapted with academy power LUT the time being, waiting for better data to make it proper Academy.
The real suspension data could help improve the understeer, but it won't be a revolution either. As discussed many times in the support section, it's a 500kg with the aero of a box, and zero spoiler. Academy also wears street tyres. And for what it's worth, mine sure did understeer and oversteer a lot...
Did you drive a caterham in real life? If so, your feedback would be very valuable as it's hard to find real life owners.

Great mod but in VR with 15 opponents my FPS drops to 45. Can you make more efficient the LOD for this car? Because with other vehicles I don't have this kind of issue. Keep up the good job :)

I've heard about this mod for a little bit now and decided to give her a try. Man am I ever glad that I did. These cars are so much fun and can teach a lot of new guys how to learn car control without having to go Mach 2 with your hair on fire. Great job. Can't believe it's not version 1 yet, but can't wait until it is. Great job man.

hey thanks for the kind words :) i saw you organize a race with it! That's cool seeing some mods in the racing club!!
Not 1.0 because we are still waiting for some official data.. in the meantime, it's still enjoyable in its current status!

Kinda cute how the RH driver takes the steering wheel off and lets it hang out the right side of the car as he passes you! Do you need a screenshot? Don't know if that happens on LHD; can't see inside the car well enough.

Beautifully polished mod, i understand the physics are work in progress and it's been a while since I drove a Caterham R300 on track and definitely recall it feeling nose heavy and pushy but with a relatively easy switch to oversteer with power.. But for my two pennies, perhaps not quite this nose heavy? Although the Academy is a lower power model, under steer did feel a tad terminal, had to be very patient getting back on the throttle..? I don't really feel worthy of any critique, so take with a pinch of salt please. Can't wait for the final version, it'll be blast to race!

So many mods! Every time you guys release a car mod it is better than the last one. That's what I call "evolution" . This one is no different. So realistic and very, very fun to drive. THANK YOU!

Still have the issue with the driver's arm poking through the door on the RHD version. I hope this can be fixed for version 1.0. Otherwise, a great mod and I'm looking forward to the finished product.

    WOW, just WOW, just a F..... WOW !!! <3
Top quality my Lord and in all the different ways of physics, graphics, sounds, I'm speechless !
It's not "Kunos quality", It's "RSS (Race Sim Studio) quality" and It makies sense for me !
Such details, so perfectly well made, I looked just the dashboard details and... really speachless and I'm not a guy who spents enthusiasm all the time, so far ! ^^

Thank you guys for your work
