All cars done :)

Finally took the time to update all the cars. That's not the hard part, the hard part (to stay motivated to go on for long periods of time) is the copy and pasting into another folder... awe well, it's finally done. let me know if there are any issues or if you have suggestions :)

added Lamborghini

as the update title says

BMW cars UI tweaked

tweaked some of the BMW cars' ui to now include the Year directly after the model and before the generation "code".

2 fixes and more cars

I fixed the two Alfa's I missed due to the original's not having "Alfa Romeo" in their name, and I added Ferrari and Ford car UI updates

Car UI improvements for CM (Kunos) (A-C)

- Fixed the ABARTH entries
- added Alfa Romeo
- added Audi
- Added BMW
- Added Chevrolet

REMINDER - these aren't cars, they're UI tweaks to the existing Kunos cars
