Historic tracks support

VERSION 1.2 changes

- Added support for historic tracks (For now they use the same spectators)
- Added No crowd -support for historic tracks
- Aligned the spectators better (some feet and arms were missing)
- Cleaning texture edges and alpha channel

Added quality options

VERSION 1.1 changes

- Adds three different texture quality options (High, Normal, Low)
- Adds option for no crowds
