Fantastic cars. The only things I feel need to be tweaked are the wheel/driver animations. The steering wheel rotates faster than it should and kind of slips through the drivers hands and was a little distracting while driving cockpit view. Very minor thing though :) otherwise these are just superb additions to AC. Looking forward to future updates.

These muscle cars are so fun to drive around the amazing Mosport track mod! Great sound and feel. I used to drive a 73 Mustang with a 302..these bring back good memories.

I adore muscle cars, and this mod got me so much happiness around some classic US road circuits available for AC :) The sounds, especially exterior and ambient, together with handling are spectacular and haven't heard such great sound work in mods for a long time. I give the mod 5 stars easily. I do have one "issue" or a little complaint: The one interior engine sound that is used for Boss 302 R, 429, 429R, Mach 1 and Mach 1 428 has some weird metallic noise or music in the background looping that really puts me off at times. Both on and off throttle. The 429R version is even more obvious, I believe it maybe due to using higher RPM. I've seen similar muscle cars mods use the same sample. The 302 version from this mod has a completely different sample and is great, no "issues" there on the interior sound, but its exterior sound is a bit underwhelming or "weak" comparing to the other one. Playing on final version of AC 1.16.3

I can view the vehicles in the showroom, but if I try to load a race I crash as soon as the car begins to load.
I have a 390x, i5-4690k, running off an HDD on the current version of Windows 10 64 bit with a legitimate Steam copy of the game. Not all that experienced with bug reporting, is there anything else i can provide?

I've owned many Mustangs throughout my life including a '67 inline 6 cyl, '03 v6, '04 Mach 1, '07 Shelby GT, '12 Shelby GT500 and the handling characteristics are spot - you add throttle and the back end comes around, you turn the wheel and you go straight ahead lol Very, very nice work! I'll be driving this car a lot!

So are these finished now, barring fixes to any small bugs that people find? I've had a quick blast and can't see any immediate issues that need improving.
The reason I ask is that it's only version 0.81, but I've seen other mods at version 1.0 and above that are less polished than these.

Well simply put for now they are finished, yet no LODs yet. Once I get around to making the LODs I will update to .9 and after all bug fixing and polish then it will be 1.0. However I do not have any estimations of when, thus release and as much polish to 0.8. How others do their version numbers I have no say. I just prefer to have 1.0 more in line with full features of a Kunos model. Glad you think of them so highly and hope you continue to enjoy them.

Occassionaly, you get some cars and tracks that just... "click" You enjoy sims most of the time but some car and combo tracks just work for you. This car.... this car and black cat county just clicked for me from the get go. I wanted the driver animation to be fixed and now that it is, i can finally rate it 5 stars. Just such superb work! Thank you so much. I didn't know i could love road cars this much let alone an old muscle car...

Any long cruise type road befits these cars, where the engine can unwind and the miles tick by. Lake Louise and Endline Lake are two other favorites of mine with them. Glad you like them :)
