New modding features are all optional and none are gimmicky (like pop-up light aero - though that would be kind of cool). Some of the beta testers seem to have been a bit noisy about it.
The only thing that's objectively wrong with AC in terms of car behavior at the moment is the issue with torque's application on the suspension. This only affects the speed of load transfer under braking (and for most cars, not by that much); actual cornering is correct.
To get back on topic (sorry for derailing but wanted to clarify some things), even current Ferrari race cars are pretty soft relative to others. The 458 Challenge Evo's front end is usually run at a 60k wheel rate, which is nothing for a race car (not to mention its practically nonexistent ARBs). Historically, Ferrari has always been on the softer end of things.
