2KF1 UNLEASH FOR FRONT ROW

2KF1 Racing drivers Manolis Sigoulakis and James McNamara secured a strong front row lockout at Silverstone, but as always, the focus is on those behind rather than the silver and orange cars. Sigoulakis was able to take his third pole with McNamara alongside, followed by Stephan Bohner and Ben Utzer, the Dutchman getting past both Apex cars, with Rautavaara taking 5th. But alongside the Finn, Nathan Cornes is lurking with a return to form in 6th, with teammate Takuma Ishikawa backing him up in 7th.
Tobi Kederer enjoyed a return to form as well, while the result of Jamie Cocks and Daniel Harvey in 9th and 10th mean that 5 teams represent the top 10 in quali.
Elsewhere, a big result from Takahiro Yamaguchi sees the JHR driver already in range of the top 10 from 14th, while recent podium returnee Tapio Rinneaho has a lot of work to do from 17th.
Commentators Comments: So again we'll ignore one certain Australian team and look in depth behind them. Stephan Bohner has thrown a major spanner in the works, with Rautavaara now on row three, the Monacan's are in serious jeopardy from Cornes who was strong for 6th place. It seems we're going to have a good race as we begin our little tour of 100% races.
