My greedy list

BTCC (inc' Ginetta support series') with all tracks.
90's BTCC with all tracks.
WEC with all tracks.
Blancpain GT with all tracks.
Goodwood Members Meet (or whatever that was last weekend, the racing was best I've seen since BTCC) with the track, plus the BTCC tracks for good measure /biased.
All the tracks in the world, ever.
A partridge in a pear tree.

Preferably all in 1 proper sim with all the features that should be in a simulator, with sugar on top.

I think the present-day series are actually close to being well-represented now even though a few specific cars are missing.

I've been on a classic vibe lately:

LM 1967 (GT40 MkII and MkIV, Ferrari P4, Chaparral 2F, Porsche 908-910) - All were competative with each other
Late 1980s IMSA GTP - Porsche, Jaguar, Nissan, Spices, Marches, Corvette GTP, Mustang GTP
1998 GT1
1999 LeMans
Indycar - all eras

For the modern:
LMP3 - Slower, near spec racing series would be great for online racing


Everything else is pretty much spoken for, WEC, 2017 IMSA, TCR, GT4, GT3

I'd like to see some more Formula Ford in games other than Project CARS. It's a good discipline for competition racing and would be great online.

Formula fords are some of my favorite cars, there are two very good ones in AMS, both are developer content (they call them formula trainers) and there was a good mod for race 07 too way back when.
