Steam just updated the Race series to 1.2.0.8!

August 7, 2009 - RACE 07 Update Released

Updates to RACE 07 have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:

Fixes

• Fixed stability issues in the rendering pipeline
• Fixed session timer in HUD and Garage menu
• Improved AI clutch control on launch
• Various triple head fixes
• Fixed saving of total stats
• Fixed selection of track cameras when switching viewed vehicle
• Fixed bad draw distance in free flight camera mode
• Improved behaviour of blown tyres
• Fixed blue flags raised even though they were disabled
• Fixed bad behaviour of AI cars after race finish
• Fixed bug with ghost cars generating drafting

Features

• Enabled all STCC and GTR Evolution exclusive features in RACE 07

With 1.2.0.8. All STCC & GTR Evo features are enabled for Race07. Even if you dont have the expansions.

1.2.0.8 changelist has been delayed, other taks last week have taken priority. We will keep you posted!

Well, would you rather they delayed the patch for 3 weeks because they hadn't put together the changelog?

My answer would be no. I fail to see the reason to complain and be sarcastic over this...

Exactly, everyone wants the changelog so badly... try playing the game for a bit instead of complaining on here, you'll probably work out what's been fixed.

Yes a changelog is good but its not like as soon as you see what has been changed, then the changes take effect, the changes have already been made so you can sort of assume what has been changed. Really the whiners and complainers are the half arsed lazy ones who cant be assed finding out what has been changed.

This is not about whining, but about the fact that patch notes should be kept in parallel to the changes, and the lack thereof is received as rather unprofessional style.

i would just point out - i'm a professional coder and it's inconceivable that a release would be put out without a changelog... infact, it's just lol....

just saying, not caring...
