Ver 0.0834 was a good version. But with all of the latest versions you need a good nVidia graphics card, ati cards don't work very well.

Post your computer specs and we'll try to help you.

Also you might try the no-cg version in the racer folder.

You have an integrated graphics. That will not work. Stand alone graphics card will take care of your problem. nVidia GTX 550 Ti or higher for good performance of Racer..
