Xpacker issue

I'm having an issue. I'm trying to add an object to an XPACK in BTB but when I try, this comes up.

Here are the details
Does anyone know what is the cause of the issue, I tried to do what this guy who had the same problem did http://www.racedepartment.com/thread...problem.88130/ but no difference. Does anyone know what the issue is?

Like the last time no one really knows. If you upload the object (.3ds or .dae) and its textures someone might be able to see what's wrong.
