F1 2011 XP/Reputation mod?

Hi there i have started a new season with Force India cause my last savegame was corrupted. I am at China GP now and wondering is there any mode i can boost my XP on F1 2011? Like F1 2010 had that reputation boost. I have searched here and on the google did not find any mod for this just got up some career question reviews etc.

No Reputation Mod is there for F1 2011 cos there is no need for it you can get Top teams after Season 1 and Stay there until the End also you have the ability to start with the Team you want with the Mods

I don't know i just pressed post button and My net was DC'd and after that the Server wasn't responded after some time it was posted and i saw the same msg was posted 4 times
