So with the release of update 1.51 things have improved
quite well specifically regarding the frame rate, still a
bit of an hassle to get it consistent on a gtx 1050 ti,
but low 50's should be doable ~50fps.

With that in mind I decided to expand the tweaks and
share them with like minded players.

The visual tweaks are listed below how ever the cockpit
tweak is part of a separate package (option C) because
the same shader is used in chase cam mode to render the
glass...

Alas I must disappoint you with wrc 9 kylotonn switched to
dx12 and, as far as I know, there is no 3dmigoto for that
api. Reshade seems to work but does not allow for much finesse.

That said 9 looks like a nice step up from 8.
