Worn out clamp screw.

Hi there, not sure if this is the right place to post this but will try anyway.

I currently use a Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 racing wheel and recently I have discovered that the screw for the clamp has worn out and does not work any more. Would anyone be able to suggest how I would go about getting a replacement for this? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question.. and thanks for any responses!
