Why isn't the 5.1 work?

I bought a new 5.1 speaker system and I'd like to play with it in AC, but it doesn't want to work properly. I read many threads about it but I can't find the solution.The rear speakers are too quiet and I can't set it properly. I mean in AC.
Does anyone know how can I get it to work?

Surround audio is still not fully implemented. It already works well for some aspects (i.e. tyre squeal displacement), but is still not tweaked and balanced for others.
We strongly suggest to play Assetto Corsa in stereo/2.1 configuration. Improvements will come at the right moment. Thanks for your patience.
