Why does my tyre textures look like the photo?

I made my own .ini on the extension folder but the tyre textures are from the mod (F1 Mania mod).

Also if i replace the textures from the car works but its not dynamic (doesnt change between compounds) but if i use the TyresFX doesnt work... What can i do?
