why ai cars dont work like traffic ?

Having wifi problems i came across a solution about having ai cars offline. I watched videos like this to show me how to set it up... I set everything up 10 cars betang kali 2 way AI map and the cars just spawn and drive in one line nothing like traffic its like we are cruising someone plz reach out to me

Have you enabled AI flood in CSP?
These are my settings and it works fine for me. I haven't used that specific track so you may wish to try others in case there's a problem with it.
