PC1 Which Wheel Thread

Hi Guys,

I'm mainly an Xbox One gamer, but i have been looking to convert a room in my home to a place i can set my PC and all my gaming stuff up to start sim racing properly...

I'm just wondering, it seems that the Thrustmaster 458 Italia wheel would be the best option, but i'm just curious as to if any other wheel would be good enough to use on both Xbox one and PC.

It's in the Project Cars section because to start with it'll only really be used on Xbox...

It's also £150 at the sister company Currys. I guess they are selling all their stock off at Christmas time, as this is the last year Logitech will manufacture racing wheels.

As far as PS4 goes, we'll only be able to use wheels if someone applies enough pressure to Sony to get them to provide legacy support.

I've avoided buying any racing games for my PS4 (which I was stupid enough to buy at launch) because of the lack of wheel support. I have no intention of spending £400 on a Thrustmaster setup for it - I spent it on a new PC instead. Problem solved.
