Weather FX help

I have weather fx enabled in CM, but in game when I bring up the app, it shows disabled. How do I enable weather fx in game?
I'm starting from a fresh install of AC. New shader light patch, and SOL install.

My Shader is newset and working, CM is premium all things activate but not working only Weather.fx

Please make a Screenshot of the custom Shader weather app in-game.

Indeed! I came across some poor soul on another board who was trying to install the Shaders mod by hand. Instead of using the simple drag and drop method via the CM. SMH

I dont understand that method. The way I do it is by using the CM browser, going to the shaders patch website and clicking install in the top right. Sol still doesnt work for me, the sky is just blank. Can someone help me?

First i have to know which shader patch version, which Sol version...
