Vr wont let me move ingame

I recently got a oculus rift it works fine in the menu by itself. Assetto corsa works fine by itsself. But when I start steam vr and get into the game, I load into the pit but I cant move or anything like that.

When I turn my head anywhere there is just black bars and the game just loads forever, it was on for 30minutes and still nothing.
I can see everything "infront of me" but the game just loads/laggs. With no respons from the vr...
Any one had/have the same problem or know about a fix??

you need to use OpenXR and opencomposite.

then you can move free
