F1 2014 Tyre use

Hi, I have a question about tyres. During a long weekend how many set of tyres am I allowed to use?
If I use during the Friday free practice 2 set of tyres (e.g., 2 prime tyres), may I then use new tyres (both options and prime) in the following sessions (Q1, Q2, Q3 and race)?
