TV-Style Cameras on Replay?

I would like to see the race in replay totally from outside, just like watching TV. I hate the cameras switching to drivers view when something special happens like crashes. I´d like to watch the crash occur and who else was involved. The view from inside I had for nearly two hours while driving the race. Any possibility to change the cam views along the track like it worked in GP4?
