unfortunately no chance, sorry.
you might find it if you google but there are no "official" links for it.
long story short, the mod was bought by the track owners and the author removed all links due to their petition.
At least that's what I read long time ago.

Leonardo - do you accept requests? I realise PIRC isn't anywhere near being a completed mod, and it doesn't look as though it'll be completed, but for some reason I really enjoy the track itself. Could really use cameras that actually work. Any chance I can have you entertain the possibility of bringing a set or 2 to that circuit?
