I made Tv-cam SP 2013 & 80s for those that love this racing view.
The package contains cameras for 2013 and 80s.

Is possible.You can do it easily to see how it will look:
1. Download the BXML Converter.http://petar.outer-heaven.net/d ownloads/
2. Drag and Drop cameras.xml file on "Ryder BXML Converter.exe". Press enter.
3. This will make a new file called cameras.C.xml
4. Open the new file with notepad++ and go in line 1353 :
change the true to false and save it
1353 --> <Parameter name="DisableDriverHead" type="bool" value="true" />
1353 --> <Parameter name="DisableDriverHead" type="bool" value="false" />
5. Drag and drop the edited file on BXML Converter again. It will ask for a conversion type.
Press 1 and then enter twice.
6. Rename your new file cameras.C.C.xml to cameras.xml. You are ready

Are these cameras available when in spectator mode such as when you retire from quali early and your friend(s) are still driving? It's a camera view that I feel has been missing for no reason
