Apps Tree model converter for Content Manager

Hi, Where I can find tree model converter for Content Manager?
I've seen various tutorials where it's in among the CM tools but I don't have it.
I have the latest versions of CM, CSP and I've also enabled the developer mode for CM.

What am I doing wrong?

I sorted this... you need the latest version of CM, which you can download through the link in the Patreon.
