Thrustmaster F1 add-on - am I missing something?

Am I missing something with these?

A recommended Thrustmaster seller has these for €129, which equates to about £94 to the UK...

I'm watching one on eBay which is currently £114 with £7.50 postage, then another that is £300+ Buy It Now...

Is there a reason that they're so inflated on eBay? I was thinking of getting one but not if they're around the same price as the wheel I have!

I suspect the £300 one will have the wheel base and pedals and the other 2 are just the f1 addon rim, if not the guy is asking far too much.
