A lot has happend in the Race07 section the last weeks. The staff team is extended with 2 fresh minds, Péter Bártfai and Marco Bijl and some good old stuff is taken out of the archives again.
One of the most exciting things which are returning to RaceDepartment, is the RDFDS, the Friendly Development Series. This exciting series has proved to be a very popular and helpfull for the newcomers in the Simracing world. With the years of experience that our 2 first tutors, Bram Hengeveld and Dariusz Swiderski bring to the track, laptimes will improve drasticly for those who are relatively fresh on the tracks. Brno will be the scenery of the first session. Signups for this very special event opened monday. Check out the thread, and make sure you do not miss out on this wonderfull opportunity.
The Porsche SuperCup also made it's return in the schedule. Sunday evenings are now scheduled for this wonderfull mod, which brings close racing to the different exciting tracks. We have started a kind of ranking system to use for this series, based on results. Coming sunday we take these monsters out for a spin on the beautifull track of Hungaroring. For more information about the events, take a look at the Race 07 racing club.
Ofcourse we do not forget our regular WTCC Wednesdays, and the Mini friday. The WTCC caravan shall meet at Misano-Adriatico, and the mini's will have a go on Birubi. Both have proven to be enjoyed very much by it's participants and have a huge fun factor. The 80 minute race of the mini's seem to be a real challenge every week. We can not forget the exciting sounds and fun the V8's bring to the tracks. This week, we take them to Porto. Check it out, and sign up for this amazing fun class.
