F1 2012 The SC don't appears, Whats's wrong?

In the track_model I changed the Safety Car change but nevertheless SC hasn't appeared in any races.
What should I change to get out more often the SC in my F1 2012?

Well, it doesn't necessarily come out all the time - if there's yellow flags but the car isn't blocking the track there's no reason for a SC, for example.

Tracks like Monaco & Singapore have a way higher chance of seeing the SC since clipping he wall almost always means the track is more or less blocked.

But in F1 2011 I changed these files and the safety car appeared to me more times.
I have played 33 GP and none has appeared the SC.
