I just built a new computer.
Can I simply copy my rFactor folder from my old computer to a thumb drive, and move it to the new computer and play? Or do I need to download the game again?

You can install rflite on your new pc, then just overwrite with your old rfactor folder from the thumb drive, i don't think it will work if you just move the folder.
