Team Speak issue

Hello everyone. I am trying to use TS3 while racing on Assetto Corsa . The issue that i am having is i have TS3 window open and also Assetto Corsa window minimized . If my mouse icon is not within the TS3 window i am not able to communicate , So when ever i move my mouse icon to navigate thru the Assetto Corsa menu i again loose communication until I bring back mouse icon over the TS3 window. This makes it difficult being that i'm in VR. Please help.
