t500 problem after windows update

Anyone had this problem before with a t500rs, windows restarted to install an update, now ive lost the usual t500 control panel and the wheel is not usable in game. Ive tried a different usb port and uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers.

found a solution, left the wheel plugged in on a system restart (something I dont normally do as Ive found the t500 doesnt always like it) once windows fired up it seemed to reinstall the drivers only this time it correctly detected/named the wheel...
