steering degrees difference from real ones

Hello again to all sim-gurus , a had some doubts about how the cars steers in AC.I have opened car.ini and I found a big differenece from the actual real ones.I'm involved with Schutz motorsport and I've checked two cars.The mercedes amg gt3 had 450 degrees ,in AC the same car have 640?The porsche gt3cup had 540 degrees ,in AC the same car have 800?The info is taken from car.ini of both models.So what I am missing?Some hints ?
