DiRT Rally 2.0 Steam Problem

I have a huge problem with Dirt 2. When I start the game, I get notified and install the Dirt 2. I go into the Steam / Steamapps / Common folder and check and there are all the files, The game worked earlier today, some who has a solution to this?
