  • Full damage will be utilised.
  • Each race event will be either 2 heats, with 10 laps each heat or a 20 lap endurance event inc Manditory Pitstop.
  • Heat 1 Normal grid (random).
  • Heat 2 reverse grid.
  • It will auto load Heat 2.
  • Timeout will be set to 2 minutes after the first person has crossed the line.
  • Teams will be allowed. (It will be the case of picking another driver to make the team up and I will do the points after the race).
  • Lobby will open at 8.15pm (UK Time) to allow for any connection issues.
  • This will be open to all Licensed Members.
  • If you are not connected by the race start time, you will not be able to race. If you get disconnected during the race, you will miss the race, unless everyone disconnects.

I've got a feeling tonight will be amazing or a complete disaster.

Finally managed a 2:02:0 with a combination of mine and Stefan's setups, but it felt like there was still a fair bit of time to gain and consistency is the hardest thing to get around here.

The racing should be good, though. So easy to lose time through almost every corner on the lap.
 
Managed enough time to pick and design the new car, the funny thing is, all time spent painting and not time to
drive and test it. :eek:
I'm sure nobody will chose the Morgan, so here it is. :)

Me being used to F1 driving and setups i must say its going to take time to get used to Forza

Best advice I can think of: make small and very few adjustments between tests. The different between -0.3 and -0.4 on my rear camber while testing here was massive.

The F1 2011 setups are supposedly based on track-specific templates, so they're always drivable. You can make your car completely impossible handle in a straight line on Forza if you wanted to. Not entirely sure why you would, mind...

Is everybody using a different car, or will people be using what they have always used? I have a 370z which I can do a 2:06 in, but I have an exige that I managed a 2:02 in earlier today, so if everybody is racing normal cars then im going to be using the Exige so I can keep up!

If not I will give the 370Z a run out, but it's slow! lol
 
Race Report
The first heat I started 3rd along side Wayne, got a farly good start, but the NSX and Evora blasted past. From then on it was trying to keep places. 4th, 5th, 6th and possibly 7th I can't remember went by. Then I went wide, and Paulo in the Morgan went by, from then on it was one of our classic battles, lap 5 I went wide and 200 ft behind him, slowly started to close, the on lap 7 I was on his bumper. His car was spitting so many flames I'm surprised the wood didn't catch fire! We were side by side al the way for 3 laps. Then the final lap. Paulo went wide at Copes corner and I went up the inside, then I had a wee moment through Becketts and by Chapel he was 50 ft behind. Going down the Hanger straight, he lined up to overtake me on the outside of Stowe, but I was looking at his car inside my cockpit, and I drifted over a bit and put him off. Then going down the new pit straight, braking into Abbey, I locked up and ran a little wide, and by Bridge he has ahead.Then I overtook him going into Priory and Brooklands, and I felt like I was going to win. Going into Luffield I was still ahead, but he had a super exit, and round Woodcote we were side by side. I pushed him as close as I could to the grass but it was in vein, he beat me by thirty two thousandths of a second!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Heat two again I started third, due to reverse grid, got a good start but Ash's NSX took me into Copes, but I undercut him on the inside, took someone else on the outside, then cut back underneath and overtook Ryan. I was in first for a lap the Karl came, I tried to put up a fight, but it was obviously not going to be, he went ahead. I did a much better job of holding up Dan, sorry may have wreaked your race for first there! Then I met Paulo again and as last time we were really close. We both pitted simultaneously and I kept out ahead. Ash kept out to try and jump us both put he came out just behind. The vantage twitched on the curb through Becketts and Ash went by. He was 200 ft ahead and Paulo was100 ft behind me, but both of us maintained the gap. Then I pitted for a second time because I mistaked the rules, WHAT A PILLOCK! I came out 8th and thats where I stayed! :mad::mad::mad:
