You do not need a mic. You can type in game if you want to ask questions. If you have Teamspeak sound in your speakers it will be easier for you.
You can race, no problem.

i've been trying to get rfactor2 to work for 2 hours now, whenever i try to start up single or multiplayers it just kicks me straight back to the launcher, anyone an idea how to fix this?
